This class is part of my 300-hour teacher training, offered as a karma class—a gift to the community and an invitation to experience the power of rest. The class will be recorded and submitted for grading.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation that allows the body to deeply rest while the mind remains gently aware. Through breath, visualization, and body awareness, you’ll be led into a state of conscious relaxation that restores energy, clears mental fog, and soothes the nervous system.
Whether you’re feeling the weight of summer burnout or simply seeking stillness in the heat of the season, this class will help you pause, reset, and reconnect.
